Not all water disinfection technologies are created equal. For example, chemicals can be both dangerous to handle and potentially hazardous to the environment – and some waterborne illness-causing microbes are chlorine-resistant. Reverse osmosis does address microbiological contamination. Filters can improve taste, but they generally don’t treat microbiological contaminants.

WARRANTY
One year manufacture warranty on reverse osmosis system from date of purchase.
RO Exclusions:
Lack of Maintenance: Failing to replace pre-filters on schedule or exposing the system to water conditions outside recommended parameters (such as high turbidity or extreme pH levels) voids the warranty.
Improper Installation: Damage from freezing, high water pressure, or incorrect hookups is excluded.
Non-OEM Parts: Using replacement filters or membranes not approved or manufactured by the original brand.
All Shell Water systems come with a lifetime warranty on tanks and valves (Excludes digital valve). Digital valves have a 7 year warranty. The systems must be maintained and installed properly to honor warranty. We will even transfer the warranty to a new homeowner if you sell your home with our products installed.
We provide a 90 day return policy. If you are at all unhappy with the system, contact our customer support and ship the items boxed back to us. The customer is responsible for any return shipping. Once we get the system without damages, we will submit the full refund minus our original shipping charges.
Shell Water Systems reserves the right to not accept returns after 90 days of the ship date.
Shell Water Systems must be notified within the 90 days of a request to return via email (returns@shellwatersystems.com) or phone.
